Dr. Bhuvaneshwari Shankar is currently working as senior consultant dietitian at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai and Utopian Diet clinic, Chennai. She is the course director of advanced program in critical care nutrition conducted by Royal College of London and TACT Academy of Clinical Training. She is adjunct professor at Manipal Academy of Higher Education. She is the only dietitian from Asia who is accredited to be the teacher for European Diploma in Clinical Nutrition conducted by the ESPEN.
