Dr Mathew Philip heads the department of gastroenterology at Lisie Hospital, Kochi. He has received advanced training in and pancreatic biliary endoscopy and endosonography from various international centres of expertise. He is the president elect of the Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy in India. He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy in India. He is sought after speaker, clinician and regularly conducts meetings and workshops focussed on endoscopy.
